A landmark transformation is underway in Dubai Production City as Vintage Grand Hotel officially joins the global portfolio of Marriott International, becoming the community’s only five-star hotel and the first Marriott-branded hotel and executive apartments in the area.

Effective 18 November 2025, guests will enjoy full access to Marriott Bonvoy®, Marriott’s award-winning global travel and loyalty program, offering exclusive rewards, points, and benefits across more than 8,000 properties worldwide. The property’s complete transformation will culminate in Q1 2026 with the official debut of the Marriott Hotel and the UAE’s largest Marriott Executive Apartments, creating a dual-branded hospitality destination tailored for both short- and long-stay guests.

The reimagined property features two distinct towers. The hotel tower will reflect the refined comfort and timeless sophistication synonymous with Marriott Hotels, while the serviced apartment tower will transition into Marriott Executive Apartments—ideal for long-stay residents, corporate relocations, and extended business travelers seeking elevated living with seamless convenience.

As the only five-star property in Dubai Production City, the hotel also offers the largest room and apartment inventory in the district, with a wide range of accommodation categories designed for business travelers, families, and long-term residents alike.

Inspired by Marriott’s global design philosophy, the transformed spaces showcase contemporary interiors, elegant furnishings, and advanced in-room technology. The enhanced food and beverage portfolio will introduce multiple new dining venues and bars, delivering elevated culinary experiences aligned with Marriott’s “Wonderful Hospitality” standards.

The property also features comprehensive event facilities, including eight meeting rooms, a grand ballroom, a terrace, and expansive outdoor event spaces—positioning it as a premier venue for corporate gatherings, weddings, and social celebrations.

Strategically located within 5–25 minutes of major landmarks and business hubs such as Expo City, JAFZA, Dubai Sports City, DWC Airport, Mall of the Emirates, JBR, Miracle Garden, Global Village, and Dubai Hills Mall, the hotel offers exceptional accessibility for both business and leisure travelers.
