Grounds Developments has announced a strategic partnership with Studio Five to handle the architectural design and conceptual planning for Tamaraya, the company’s first project in the Red Sea region. The company was founded by Youssef Fikry, an entrepreneur and investment strategist, and is led by Ali Fikry, a prominent industrial leader in the Middle East. Grounds Developments draws on extensive experience in investment, development, and project management, along with a long track record of success in the cement packaging and related industries, providing a strong operational base and industrial discipline that translates into high-quality execution.
Tamaraya marks Grounds Developments' first foray into the Red Sea.
