Ora Communication Targets More Than 30% Business Growth in 2026
Ora Communication expects its business volume to grow by more than 30% by end-2026 compared with 2025, as the company reports solid growth this year overall.
John Girgis, CEO of Ora Communication, said the company’s business development team identifies prospects and presents solutions tailored to client needs.
70% of workforce serves clients outside Egypt
Girgis said about 70% of the employees provided by Ora work for clients outside Egypt, compared with 30% for the local market. Its overseas markets include Saudi Arabia and the United States; most services are delivered from Egypt.
Saudi Arabia leads Gulf expansion
Ora plans to expand across Gulf markets, focusing on Saudi Arabia, alongside opportunities in Iraq and the UAE. It mainly serves overseas clients from Egypt, with possible overseas expansion.
Girgis said some Dubai contracts were affected by war and regional tensions, causing delays or stoppages.
More than 20 partners and broader sectors
Over the past two years, Ora has diversified beyond telecommunications into banking, healthcare and financial technology (FinTech). Its portfolio now includes more than 20 partners, covering call centers, recruitment, HR management and outsourcing.
Recruitment and employee lifecycle services
Ora provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), covering talent searches, candidate selection and staffing. HR services can span hiring, personnel administration, insurance and the end of employment.
Flexible service delivery
Services can be delivered from Ora facilities, at client sites or remotely. It uses an “In-house” model in some contracts, including Vodafone in Zahraa El Maadi.
It also supports Work From Home arrangements by checking internet quality and stability. Operations include sites in Nasr City and Beni Suef.
From 50 employees to 2,000 in Beni Suef
Ora started its Beni Suef operations with about 50 employees and has grown to around 2,000. It currently aims to reach between 4,000 and 5,000 employees, depending on business growth and demand.
Girgis said human capital remains central, alongside employee development and career progression.
Leo and Silicon Waha support expansion
Ora is a sister company of Leo, which operates a Vodafone franchise network across more than 20 governorates. Ora is prepared to expand into additional governorates when opportunities emerge.
He added that the infrastructure provided by Silicon Waha supported Ora’s Beni Suef expansion, amid international clients’ requirements.
Focus on core expertise in 2027
Girgis said Ora will focus in 2027 on call centers, outsourcing, recruitment and human resources management rather than entering activities outside its expertise. The group comprises three companies, each specializing in a specific activity.
Employee development and a suitable work environment will remain priorities.
