Raya Contact Center Board Approves SAR 29M Capital Injection for Saudi Expansion
The Board of Directors of Raya Contact Center (RCC) has officially approved a SAR 29 million funding package for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gulf Customer Experience. In a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), the company stated that the capital boost is dedicated to expanding its operations and branch network within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aiming to capitalize on the surging demand for high-end outsourcing and customer experience (CX) services in the Gulf.
The move follows a stellar financial performance in 2025, where Raya reported a 12.6% increase in consolidated revenues, reaching EGP 2.839 billion. With a net profit of EGP 323.9 million and a healthy 11.4% margin, the company is well-positioned to fund its regional growth. Furthermore, the General Assembly approved a dividend distribution totaling EGP 352.4 million, underscoring strong shareholder returns alongside strategic reinvestment in the Saudi market.
