She also noted that postal kiosks, selected post offices, and mobile postal vehicles will operate on Fridays and Saturdays, with working hours on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m..

In the same context, it was decided to extend evening working hours at main distribution hubs nationwide, with operations running from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight, to support express shipping services and accelerate parcel delivery during Ramadan. Ms. El-Baz emphasized that the Authority’s central monitoring and control room will continue to oversee operations at all postal outlets throughout the holy month, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and efficiency, and addressing any operational challenges faced by staff.
