e& Egypt concluded its participation as a Main Partner at AI Everything Middle East & Africa – Egypt 2026, presenting a comprehensive vision for the future of AI at Scale and reaffirming its leadership in large-scale artificial intelligence deployment.

Beyond showcasing its advanced digital infrastructure, e& Egypt attracted strong visitor engagement at its pavilion by unveiling eight innovative AI-powered use cases that move artificial intelligence from theory into real-world applications across healthcare, education, finance, and sports.

The company’s booth featured a cutting-edge Conversational AI experience powered by generative AI and delivered through an interactive hologram. The solution enables real-time voice interaction that closely mirrors human conversation, marking a transformative leap in customer experience and service automation.

e& Egypt also demonstrated its Speech Analytics platform, enhanced by Agentic AI architecture, leveraging intelligent AI agents to analyze calls, detect intent, and accurately measure sentiment—enabling data-driven institutional decision-making. In addition, the company showcased its Telesales AI Agent, an intelligent voice-based solution capable of autonomously scaling outbound sales campaigns.

In digital healthcare, e& Egypt presented Careplix Facial Scan, a contactless health screening technology that delivers key vital indicators through facial scanning in under one minute. The company also introduced Sports Tech – Cutting Edge, a data-driven platform designed to optimize athletic performance and personalize training programs.

Addressing the future of education, e& Egypt showcased Xsera by Classera, a smart learning platform that combines virtual reality and AI assistants to personalize educational pathways. The company further highlighted Salesforce-powered solutions for smart residential community management, as well as its CPaaS platform, enabling seamless integration of enterprise communication channels through flexible APIs.

During panel discussions, e& Egypt’s leadership emphasized that these solutions are the result of a long-term strategy focused on sustainability and future readiness.

According to Eng. Amr Fathy, Chief Technology & Information Officer (CTIO), the company’s success in deploying AI at global scale is rooted in years of investment in infrastructure and data. He noted that the 2022 organizational restructuring was a key driver in achieving digital sovereignty and scalable AI adoption.

From a fintech perspective, Eng.
