The US dollar maintained stable exchange rates against the Egyptian pound on Saturday, September 26, 2026, as banking transactions remained suspended due to the weekly weekend holiday.

The Central Bank of Egypt reported an average dollar rate of EGP 51.71 for buying and EGP 51.85 for selling.

At the National Bank of Egypt, the dollar stood at EGP 51.73 for buying and EGP 51.83 for selling. The same rates were recorded at Banque Misr, Bank of Alexandria, CIB, and Suez Canal Bank.

Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank quoted the dollar at EGP 51.39 for buying and EGP 51.49 for selling, while Al Baraka Bank recorded EGP 51.72 for buying and EGP 51.82 for selling.
