The US dollar maintained its stability against the Egyptian pound during trading on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with relatively steady exchange rates across local banks.

At the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, the dollar was priced at EGP 51.57 for buying and EGP 51.67 for selling. Meanwhile, the Central Bank of Egypt reported a rate of EGP 51.53 for buying and EGP 51.66 for selling.

At Commercial International Bank (CIB), the US dollar stood at EGP 51.52 for buying and EGP 51.62 for selling.

The currency was also traded at EGP 51.55 for buying and EGP 51.65 for selling at Suez Canal Bank, Al Baraka Bank, and Al Masry Al Youm? No — Al Baraka Bank and Al Masry Al Youm are not the same.
