In line with its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Housing and Development Bank (HDB) engaged its employees in the “Eid Joy” initiative, organized under the Central Bank of Egypt’s corporate social responsibility program and in collaboration with Egyptian Clothing Bank. The initiative aims to support underprivileged families by providing essential Eid clothing and supplies, spreading joy during the Eid al-Fitr celebrations.

The program is designed to enhance social solidarity and foster a culture of volunteering, ensuring a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable communities. HDB’s participation this year builds on the success of last year’s “Eid Joy” initiative, where employees’ donations and contributions brought happiness to numerous families in need during the festive season.

By actively involving staff in community initiatives, HDB reinforces a culture of giving and volunteerism, while contributing to sustainable improvements in the living conditions of the most vulnerable groups.
