National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Issues Working Hours Guidelines for Telecom Outlets During Ramadan

The National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has issued guidelines regarding the working hours of telecom service provider outlets and customer service times throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, as follows:

Before Iftar:

Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM

After Iftar:

Sunday to Wednesday: 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Thursday and Friday: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Outlets located within shopping malls must adhere to the operating hours set by the respective malls.

These guidelines aim to ensure smooth service delivery to customers while accommodating the special timings during Ramadan.
