A strategic partnership agreement was signed between Dal Developments and Mahara, led by Amr Shabana, to manage and operate The Harv Clubhouse.
DAL Developments, a real estate development company, announced a strategic partnership with Mahara, a company specializing in the development and management of sports and entertainment facilities, led by former world squash champion Amr Shabana and his partners. The partnership aims to collaborate on developing the strategic and operational vision for The Harv Clubhouse and enhancing the integrated living experience within The Harv project in Sheikh Zayed City.
Under the agreement, Mahara will lead the development of the operational and strategic vision for the clubhouse and lifestyle within The Harv project. This includes family activities, community programs, strategies to enhance member and customer engagement, as well as developing the clubhouse, lifestyle initiatives, and quality of life programs. The goal is to establish an integrated operational framework that creates an interactive environment, enhances the daily lives of residents, and fosters a more cohesive and vibrant community.
The project enjoys a strategic location in the heart of West Cairo, spanning 44,000 square meters. It is just three minutes from the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road and five minutes from Hyper One and Dandy Mall, with easy access to the 26th of July Corridor and the main roads and axes of Sheikh Zayed City. It is also close to Arkan Plaza, which is only about ten minutes away.
The project was designed by YBA Architects, led by architect Yasser El-Beltagy, who created an architectural vision that integrates the natural environment with modern urban elements.
