International wellness technology brand Amezcua, part of the direct selling company QNET, marks its 20th anniversary with the global rollout of the GX-1 Bio-Reset System, a non-powered grounding mat designed for daily wellness routines.

The launch represents the first phase of Amezcua’s 2026 expansion across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa, regions experiencing strong growth in consumer-driven, lifestyle-focused wellness adoption.

According to the latest rankings from the Global Wellness Institute, Egypt’s wellness economy was valued at approximately USD 13.44 billion in 2023, placing it among the leading wellness markets in the Middle East and North Africa.

Designed for daily use at home or work, the GX-1 requires no electricity, charging, batteries, or powered connection. The system consists of a conductive mat linked via wire to a secondary floor pad. The portable mat supports rest, recovery, and general well-being as part of broader lifestyle practices.

“Over the past two decades, we have observed a global shift from reactive healthcare to proactive wellness,” said Mattias Mildenborn, CEO of QNET. “The GX-1 embodies that transition, providing a simple, non-powered solution that integrates seamlessly into modern lifestyles without digital dependency.”

The GX-1 is developed under the guidance of the Amezcua Scientific Advisory Board, including energy science and integrative health expert Konstantin Korotkov. Amezcua emphasizes that the GX-1 is a lifestyle wellness product, not a medical device.

Materials include an electroconductive polyurethane (PU) top layer and thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPE) base layer. Independent testing by Bureau Veritas confirmed compliance with EU REACH chemical safety regulations. The product is hypoallergenic, safe for prolonged skin contact, and manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system.

The GX-1 comes in a two-mat pack: a large mat for home or yoga use and a small, portable mat for travel or desk use. The mats can be connected for extended coverage. The product is available via the official QNET e-store and authorized Independent Distributors.
