Since founding B.TECH in 1997, Khattab has expanded the company into one of Egypt’s leading consumer finance and home appliance platforms. Under his leadership, B.TECH has developed innovative ecosystems including B.TECH MAX, b_ads advertising solutions, b_labs innovation hub, and retail models for both wall and floor displays in EPA, as well as partnerships with major brands such as Philips.
Khattab combines academic rigor—holding a PhD from the University of Washington, an MBA from City University (USA), and a BA from Cairo University—with entrepreneurial excellence. He drives end-to-end retail operations, multi-channel distribution, consumer finance platforms like mylo, digital innovation labs, subscription models, advertising platforms, and workforce skill-building initiatives, ensuring sustained market leadership.
His strategic marketing frameworks have translated into multi-channel retail excellence, blending global best practices with local consumer insights to advance Egypt’s household appliances and consumer products sector. Beyond corporate achievements, Khattab has contributed to the broader business community through the Egyptian Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Cairo Chamber of Commerce Board, and the Trade Modernization Committee, and currently chairs the Competency Development Bank.
