Taly Earns ISO 22301 Certification to Strengthen Business Continuity Framework
Taly, a leading digital payments enablement company in Egypt, has successfully obtained the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) certification, in cooperation with ZeroSploit, its specialized partner in cybersecurity and operational resilience.
ZeroSploit provided technical and advisory support to Taly throughout the certification journey, helping the company implement a comprehensive framework aligned with international best practices.
The ISO 22301 certification underscores the growing importance of business continuity within the fintech sector, where uninterrupted service delivery, data protection, and customer trust are critical pillars of sustainable growth. The standard provides an integrated structure that enables organizations to identify critical business functions, assess potential risks, and establish effective response and recovery plans covering people, processes, technology, and third-party dependencies.
Commenting on the achievement, Mohamed El-Adissi, Head of Strategic Planning at Taly, said:
“Through our partnership with ZeroSploit, we have built a robust business continuity ecosystem that places the protection of what matters most to our customers at the center of our operations. By strengthening our ability to anticipate risks, respond swiftly to disruptions, and ensure uninterrupted access to our services, we reaffirm our commitment to reliability and trust under all circumstances.”
He added that the certification reflects Taly’s dedication to delivering a seamless and secure financial experience, even in the most challenging conditions.
Taly officially received the ISO 22301 certification in December 2025, following a structured implementation journey that began in December 2023, which included comprehensive risk assessments, business impact analysis, scenario testing, governance frameworks, and response and recovery mechanisms in line with global standards.
