Dubai Real Estate Transactions Exceed AED 24.2 Billion in One Week

Dubai’s real estate market recorded transactions exceeding AED 24.24 billion during the past week, reinforcing the sector’s strong momentum and continued achievement of record-breaking performance compared to last year.

According to data released by the Dubai Rest application, operated by the Dubai Land Department, a total of 5,570 real estate transactions were completed during the week.

Sales accounted for AED 18.39 billion across 4,316 transactions, including 3,378 residential unit sales, 434 building sales, and 504 land transactions.

Off-plan properties represented AED 7.08 billion of total sales value, while ready properties reached approximately AED 11.3 billion, highlighting sustained demand across both segments.

Mortgage transactions totaled 1,183 deals valued at AED 4.99 billion, while 251 gift transactions amounted to AED 862.61 million.

Top Performing Areas

Me’aisem Second” topped the list of areas by sales value at AED 3.04 billion, followed by “Al Yelayiss 1” with AED 1.99 billion, “Business Bay” with AED 1.41 billion, “Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens” at AED 801.21 million, and “Jaddaf Waterfront” with AED 532.32 million.

On a daily basis, Dubai recorded AED 3.76 billion in transactions across 718 deals, including AED 2.81 billion in sales. Me’aisem Second once again led daily sales at AED 539.85 million.

Commenting on the market performance, Raad Ramadan, General Manager at Awad Gargash Real Estate, said that Dubai’s property market continues to witness strong sales growth driven by rising demand and growing investor confidence.

He added that many newly launched projects are selling out within short timeframes at record rates, reflecting the market’s resilience and Dubai’s established position as a global investment destination. Ramadan also noted that 2025 and 2026 have recorded unprecedented sales levels, with expectations of further activity in the coming period.
