Other gold grades also remained stable, with 18-karat gold trading at EGP 5,473 per gram and 14-karat gold reaching EGP 4,257.

Fed Policy Remains Key Market Driver
Attention remains focused on the Federal Reserve after it kept its overnight interest rate unchanged in the 3.75% to 4.00% range.
Changes in US monetary policy can influence the dollar and financial markets, making the Fed’s future policy signals an important factor for the direction of the precious metal.
What Is Driving Gold Prices in Egypt?
Domestic gold prices reflect a combination of international and local factors, including global bullion prices, movements in the dollar against the Egyptian pound and supply and demand conditions within the Egyptian market.
As a result, movements in international gold and foreign exchange markets remain key factors to watch for the direction of local prices.
