Nissan Tops Egypt’s Passenger Car Sales in July 2025
Nissan maintained its lead as the best-selling passenger car brand in Egypt during July 2025, recording sales of 3,050 units, according to the latest report from the Automotive Market Information Council (AMIC).
Chinese automaker Chery ranked second with 1,800 vehicles sold, followed by Hyundai in third place with 1,660 units. MG secured the fourth position with 1,111 units delivered.
Toyota came in fifth with 589 cars sold, trailed closely by Renault in sixth place at 583 units, and Changan with 543 vehicles.
In the eighth spot, Chevrolet posted sales of 522 units, followed by Fiat with 345 cars, while Peugeot rounded out the top ten at 290 units.
The July figures reflect ongoing competition among international and Chinese brands in Egypt’s passenger car market, which continues to adapt to shifting consumer demand, pricing dynamics, and supply chain developments.
