BM Consumer Finance, operating under the brand "Souhoola," has successfully completed its third securitization bond issuance with a total value of 883 million EGP. Backed by an assigned receivables portfolio valued at 1.05 billion EGP, the transaction is a strategic move to diversify the company's funding sources, inject fresh liquidity into its operations, and expand its footprint in the Egyptian consumer finance market.
