Aldar Properties has launched "Talai," an exclusive residential community featuring 351 standalone villas in Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Marina. Serving as the inaugural residential offering within the AED 100 billion Saadiyat Marina development—and marking the final phase of the broader Saadiyat Island masterplan—the project is designed for luxury family living.
