 The National Bank of Egypt (NBE), in collaboration with Mastercard, has announced the launch of a U.S. Dollar Corporate Debit Card. The solution is designed to empower Egyptian enterprises—including large corporations and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs)—with seamless access to global trade and international markets.

Facilitating Cross-Border Commerce

The new USD corporate debit card enables Egyptian businesses to execute international purchases and manage cross-border payments securely and efficiently. It provides a direct solution for settling invoices with international suppliers, global service providers, and digital platforms, thereby enhancing operational agility and supporting business continuity amid Egypt's digital transformation.

Soha El-Turky, Executive Vice President of the National Bank of Egypt, highlighted that the partnership underscores NBE’s commitment to empowering the domestic business community:
