Hisham Talaat Moustafa, CEO and Managing Director of Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) Holding, has been ranked 4th on Forbes Middle East’s prestigious list of the "Most Impactful Real Estate Leaders 2026." The ranking reflects TMG's exceptional operational scale and financial resilience. In 2025, the group reported total assets of $9.1 billion and consolidated revenues of $1.3 billion, fueled by record-breaking contractual sales of $8 billion. The group’s flagship Mediterranean destination, SouthMED, continues to drive momentum; in December 2025, TMG solidified its execution timeline by signing a $200 million construction contract with Concrete Plus to complete 400 buildings in the project's first phase.
