AED 422.5 Million in Pay for 61 Executives Across 10 Listed Companies in 2025
Compensation packages for senior executives across a group of publicly listed companies reached AED 422.5 million in 2025, according to disclosures from firms listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The total remuneration covered 61 top executives across 10 listed companies, including salaries, bonuses, and other financial incentives, reflecting the continued emphasis on performance-based compensation within the UAE’s corporate sector.
The data highlights the growing alignment between executive pay and company performance, as firms increasingly adopt incentive structures tied to financial results, strategic targets, and long-term value creation.
Analysts note that such compensation levels are consistent with global corporate governance practices, particularly in competitive sectors where attracting and retaining executive talent remains a key priority.
