IoT Misr, a leader in integrated digital infrastructure has revealed its comprehensive roadmap for deploying Gigabit Passive Optical Networks (GPON). The company’s end-to-end approach spans initial architecture design, OLT/ONT integration, and rigorous network readiness testing, backed by continuous operational support.

By replacing traditional copper-based systems with centralized fiber-optic networks, IoT Misr aims to provide institutions with the high-bandwidth connectivity essential for cloud computing, virtualization, and massive data handling. Eng. Amr Nour, Chairman of IoT Misr, emphasized that GPON technology is a "future-ready" solution, immune to electromagnetic interference and capable of scaling as digital demand grows. This move aligns with Egypt's national digital transformation goals, ensuring a robust foundation for upcoming software and hardware updates.
