Zenox El Zennouki has recorded notable growth in sales and production of stainless steel cookware during 2025, reflecting the company’s ongoing expansion and development strategy within the domestic market.

The company’s total production reached approximately 700,000 cookware units in 2025, with plans to increase output by 30% in 2026, targeting nearly one million units annually.

Mahmoud El Zennouki, Chief Executive Officer of Zenox El Zennouki, stated that the targeted growth is part of a comprehensive development plan currently being implemented by the company. The strategy focuses on expanding e-commerce sales channels, increasing geographical market penetration, and accelerating the company’s digital transformation journey.

Factory Digitization and Operational Efficiency

El Zennouki explained that the plan includes digitizing factory operations, upgrading monitoring and tracking systems across all production stages, which contributes to improving operational efficiency, enhancing product quality, reducing waste, and strengthening the company’s ability to meet growing market demand.

New Product Lines and Portfolio Diversification

During 2025, the company introduced several new stainless steel cookware models, as part of a broader strategy to diversify its product portfolio and align with changing consumer preferences in terms of design, quality, and practical household use.

Human Capital at the Core of Growth Strategy

El Zennouki emphasized that workforce development is a key pillar of the company’s strategy, supported by continuous training programs aimed at enhancing technical and managerial skills in line with rapid technological advancements within the cookware manufacturing sector.

He noted that Egypt’s domestic market still requires increased industrial investment, as many major retailers continue to rely heavily on imported products, highlighting local manufacturing as a critical opportunity to reduce imports and strengthen national industry.

Zenox El Zennouki operates through its two brands, “Zenox El Zennouki” and “Master”, offering stainless steel and ceramic cookware products that successfully compete with imported alternatives in both quality and price.
