Aviva Appoints Khaled Salah as Vice President for Africa to Drive Industrial Digital Transformation
Aviva, a global leader in industrial software and sustainability-driven digital transformation, has announced the appointment of Khaled Salah (37) as Vice President for Africa. In his new role, Salah will lead a team of approximately 30 employees to execute Aviva’s growth strategy across the continent and report directly to Jesús Hernández, Senior Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Salah brings over 15 years of professional experience across diverse industries. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK, and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt. He is recognized for advocating sustainable industrial advancement, combining business growth with environmental stewardship.
Salah began his career at Schneider Electric in 2013, rising through global supply chain and commercial strategy roles, including Global Business Strategy Director for Industrial Automation, where he gained comprehensive operational insights. In 2022, he joined Aviva to lead the strategic global partnership with Schneider Electric, driving the launch of new software solutions that expanded growth opportunities.
