Orange Egypt Reports EGP 12.3 Billion in Revenues Over Nine Months

Orange Egypt announced that it recorded revenues of approximately €226 million (EGP 4.2 billion) during the third quarter of 2020, compared to €209 million (EGP 3.9 billion) in the same period last year.
The company’s total revenues for the first nine months of 2020 reached €666 million (EGP 12.3 billion), up from €621 million (EGP 11.5 billion) during the corresponding period of 2019.
According to the company’s global indicators, Orange Egypt had around 27.7 million mobile subscribers and nearly 385,000 fixed internet customers by the end of the reporting period.
Meanwhile, Orange Group reported that it achieved revenue growth in the third quarter despite ongoing challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic. The Group’s revenues reached €10.58 billion, marking a 0.8% year-on-year increase. As of September 30, 2020, the Group served 211.9 million mobile customers worldwide.
