The consolidated financial statements of QNB Egypt revealed strong performance results for the period ended September 2026, with consolidated net profit surging by 26% year-on-year to reach EGP 28.054 billion. These results were driven by balanced growth across all business segments and operational activities.

Customer deposits inflows reached EGP 952 billion, representing an increase of EGP 174 billion, while the loans and advances portfolio expanded by 19% to record EGP 556 billion.

On the prudential indicator front, the bank maintained robust asset quality, backed by a Capital Adequacy Ratio of 25.6%. Meanwhile, the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) ratio declined to 3.72%, with the provision coverage ratio for sub-standard loans rising to 125.1%.

These figures reflect the success of the bank's operational and financial strategies in navigating economic fluctuations, leveraging stable domestic indicators such as record foreign reserves and currency resilience.

Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Empowerment

During the third quarter of 2026, the bank continued to advance its social role through various development initiatives. These included upgrading Menyet El Nasr Hospital in Dakahlia Governorate to serve over 56,000 residents, sponsoring 22 specialized science and technology scholarships at Zewail City, and inaugurating Hanoun Primary School in Gharbia Governorate in collaboration with Sonaa El Kheir Foundation.
