Egyptian Banks Maintain Dollar Rates Ahead of Sunday Trading, With Selling Price Reaching EGP 52.46

The US dollar maintained broadly stable exchange rates against the Egyptian pound across 10 Egyptian public and private banks ahead of the resumption of official trading on Sunday, October 11, 2026.

The highest selling rate was recorded at EGP 52.46 at the Central Bank of Egypt, while most banks maintained relatively steady buying and selling rates.

Crédit Agricole quoted the dollar at EGP 52.31 for buying and EGP 52.41 for selling.

Dollar Exchange Rates at Egyptian Banks

At the Central Bank of Egypt, the US dollar was priced at EGP 52.32 for buying and EGP 52.46 for selling.

The National Bank of Egypt quoted the dollar at EGP 52.34 for buying and EGP 52.44 for selling.

Banque Misr also recorded EGP 52.34 for buying and EGP 52.44 for selling.

Egyptian Gulf Bank offered the US currency at EGP 52.34 for buying and EGP 52.44 for selling.

At Commercial International Bank (CIB), the dollar stood at EGP 52.30 for buying and EGP 52.40 for selling.

Al Baraka Bank recorded a buying rate of EGP 52.32 and a selling rate of EGP 52.42.

The United Bank quoted the US dollar at EGP 52.34 for buying and EGP 52.44 for selling.

At Crédit Agricole, the exchange rate stood at EGP 52.31 for buying and EGP 52.41 for selling.

Bank of Alexandria recorded EGP 52.24 for buying and EGP 52.34 for selling.

Meanwhile, National Bank of Kuwait quoted the dollar at EGP 52.34 for buying and EGP 52.44 for selling.

The latest rates reflect continued stability in the Egyptian banking market ahead of the start of Sunday’s official trading session, with only limited differences in dollar buying and selling prices among the banks covered.
