NTI and Banque Misr Partner to Train Talents in Backend Engineering
The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), in cooperation with Banque Misr, launched the first level of the "Backend Engineering Track." The initiative aims to prepare promising programming talents to meet the needs of the banking sector, while offering job opportunities at Banque Misr for top graduates.
Record Engagement and Intensive Evaluations
The program saw overwhelming interest, with applicants exceeding 2,400. Candidates underwent rigorous evaluations and interviews to select the most qualified individuals best suited for the program's specialized requirements.
Training Details and Executive Presence
The two-month training kicked off at the NTI headquarters in Nasr City. Representatives from Banque Misr attended the first day to monitor the training process and ensure candidates are prepared according to the bank's hiring standards.
