Vivo has expanded its Y600 smartphone lineup in China with the launch of the Vivo Y600s Pro, bringing a combination of high-end display specifications and a large-capacity battery.

The new device follows the recent introduction of the Vivo Y600i and Y600k Turbo in China, adding another model to the company’s Y600 family.

120Hz AMOLED Display

The Vivo Y600s Pro features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1260 pixels and support for up to 1.07 billion colors.

The screen offers a 120Hz refresh rate and supports HDR and the wide P3 color gamut. It also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Dimensity 7300e Processor and Up to 512GB Storage

For performance, Vivo has equipped the smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM.

The device offers up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, while its Memory Fusion feature allows users to add up to 8GB of virtual memory.

The phone runs OriginOS 6, based on Android 16.

50MP Main Camera

The Y600s Pro features a 50MP primary rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture, alongside a 32MP front-facing camera.

Both cameras support Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) to improve stability when capturing photos and videos.

10,200mAh Battery with 90W Charging

The battery is one of the phone’s main highlights, offering a capacity of 10,200mAh with a single-cell design rated at 10,000mAh.

It supports 90W wired fast charging and reverse charging, allowing the phone to provide power to other devices.

Other features include NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, an infrared sensor for controlling household appliances, and dual stereo speakers.

Pricing and Color Options

The Vivo Y600s Pro is available in China in two configurations.

The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version costs 2,699 yuan, equivalent to around $402.

Meanwhile, the 8GB RAM + 512GB storage model is priced at 2,999 yuan, or approximately $447.

The smartphone comes in four colors: Moonlight Black, Floating Gold, Starry Purple, and Vast Blue.

Major Similarities with the Vivo Y600 Pro

Although the Y600s Pro is presented as a new addition to the Y600 series, its specifications are very similar to those of the Vivo Y600 Pro, which was launched earlier this year.

Both smartphones use the same Dimensity 7300e processor and feature a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.

They also share a 10,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging, as well as the same camera setup consisting of a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera.

Given the extensive similarities between the two models, the Vivo Y600s Pro appears to be largely a rebranded version of the Vivo Y600 Pro, with differences mainly related to its name and certain market or availability details.
