During an interview with Fox Business, Maye shared that following his success with PayPal, Elon asked her which industry he should tackle next: 'Should I do electric cars, rockets, or solar energy?'

She advised him to choose just one field and focus entirely on it. However, he ignored her advice and opted to pursue multiple ventures simultaneously.
