NTI Partners with MOAR IT and IGRC Square to Develop Youth Cybersecurity Skills

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has signed two cooperation protocols with MOAR IT and IGRC Square to enhance the skills of young people and prepare them for careers in cybersecurity and information technology.

The signing ceremonies were held at NTI’s headquarters in Knowledge City in the New Administrative Capital, with the participation of officials and representatives from the three organizations.

Under its agreement with MOAR IT, NTI will provide cybersecurity training programs that give participants access to the company’s technical expertise, helping them strengthen their practical skills and improve their readiness for the labor market.

The partnership with IGRC Square will focus on specialized programs combining technical and practical training with professional expertise. The initiative aims to prepare qualified cybersecurity professionals equipped with skills aligned with the needs of the sector.

Both partnerships will also include hands-on projects and specialized workshops, allowing trainees to apply their acquired knowledge in practical scenarios that simulate real-world cybersecurity and information security environments.

The agreements are part of NTI’s efforts to expand partnerships with specialized organizations and support the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s strategy for digital capacity building and youth employment readiness.

Established in 1983, NTI is one of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s training arms. The institute focuses on developing human capabilities through specialized training programs, technical consultancy, and applied research, while continuously updating its programs to meet the evolving needs of Egypt’s ICT sector.
