ITIDA Inaugurates Intelogix’s New Cairo Headquarters to Boost Egypt’s Outsourcing Exports

The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) has inaugurated the Cairo headquarters of US-based business outsourcing company Intelogix in New Cairo, marking the company’s entry into the Egyptian market and the launch of its business outsourcing and customer experience services for international clients.

The inauguration was attended by senior officials from ITIDA and Intelogix as the company begins leveraging Egypt’s skilled workforce and multilingual talent to serve customers across global markets.

Earlier this year, Intelogix completed its acquisition of Egyptian company Atheer, making its operations in Egypt part of Intelogix’s global network. The deal highlights the growing interest of international companies in Egypt’s existing local capabilities and operational expertise, while enabling the delivery of multilingual, AI-powered customer service solutions across different markets.

From its Egyptian center, Intelogix plans to serve clients across the United States and Europe, benefiting from Egypt’s young talent pool and linguistic diversity. The company’s targeted languages include English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Dutch.

Intelogix provides a range of services, including collections management, customer experience and contact center services, managed cybersecurity solutions, and IT services. Its operations serve several sectors, including automotive, financial services, insurance, government services, healthcare, retail, telecommunications and IT, transportation, travel and hospitality, and utilities.

The company has equipped its new headquarters with advanced technologies and AI-enabled infrastructure to support its operating model. From the start of its operations, the center has also been equipped with LogixVoice, an AI-powered system designed to enhance operational monitoring and support service quality assurance.

Over the next three years, Intelogix plans to expand its operations in Egypt and increase its service exports from Cairo, gradually growing its workforce from around 135 employees to more than 1,360 employees.

The move comes as Egypt’s outsourcing sector continues to attract new investments and companies, alongside the expansion of existing operations. The number of companies operating in export-oriented outsourcing activities in Egypt has reached 252, including 177 international companies, while the sector employs more than 195,000 specialists.

These developments highlight Egypt’s growing position as a global outsourcing destination, supported by its skilled workforce, multilingual capabilities, scalability, strategic location serving European and US markets, and competitive operating costs.
