NTI and BOT Business Partner to Train Young Talent in Digital Transformation and Business Development
The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), affiliated with Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), has signed a cooperation protocol with BOT Business, an Egyptian company specializing in digital transformation and business development solutions, technology consulting, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), process automation, and project management.
The partnership aims to strengthen the capabilities of young professionals and prepare them for career opportunities in information technology, digital transformation, and business development.
Under the agreement, NTI and BOT Business will collaborate on specialized training programs that combine technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and professional skills. The programs are designed to help trainees develop practical capabilities while gaining a better understanding of labor market requirements and industry expectations.
The cooperation will also include practical training, applied projects, and specialized workshops, providing participants with opportunities to put their technical and professional skills into practice and gain experience relevant to real-world business environments.
The protocol was signed by Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Telecommunication Institute, and Khaled Ahmed Mahmoud, CEO of BOT Business, in the presence of representatives and officials from both organizations.
The agreement reflects NTI’s ongoing efforts to expand partnerships with specialized organizations across Egypt’s information and communications technology sector and provide training programs aligned with evolving labor market needs, particularly in digital transformation, business development, ERP systems, and process automation.
