NTI Signs Cooperation Protocol with 4DT to Develop Young Talent in Digital Transformation and Automation

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), affiliated with Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), has signed a cooperation protocol with 4DT, a global company specializing in digital twin and automation solutions, information technology, and outsourcing services.

The agreement aims to enhance the skills of young professionals and prepare them for career opportunities in information technology, digital transformation, and automation, in line with the Ministry’s strategy to build digital capabilities and equip young people with the skills required by the evolving labor market.

Under the protocol, NTI and 4DT will collaborate on specialized training programs combining technical education, hands-on experience, and professional development. The programs are designed to provide participants with practical skills and a better understanding of industry requirements and emerging technologies.

The cooperation will also include practical training, applied projects, and specialized workshops, enabling trainees to strengthen their technical and professional capabilities while gaining direct exposure to real-world applications in digital transformation and automation.

The protocol was signed by Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Telecommunication Institute, and Dr. Mahmoud Abdelrahman, Director of 4DT, in the presence of representatives and senior officials from both sides.

The agreement reflects NTI’s ongoing efforts to expand partnerships with specialized organizations in the telecommunications and information technology sectors and to provide industry-oriented training programs that address the evolving needs of the labor market, particularly in digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies.
