In a significant step toward accelerating digital transformation within the maritime and logistics industries, the Training and Practical Training Committee of the International Transport and Logistics Services Division at the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce has successfully concluded its inaugural specialized program on "AI Agents."
Spearheaded by Dr. Amira Shawky, Head of the Committee and Board Member, the initiative provided hands-on experience for member companies, focusing on the practical deployment of artificial intelligence to optimize operational efficiency and enhance decision-making in international shipping.
The interactive sessions were led by Dr. Nisreen Najati, alongside a select group of technical trainers, including Eng. Nardeen Philip and Eng. Thomas Mina. The curriculum transitioned AI from a theoretical concept into an actionable operational tool, exploring the latest trends in utilizing smart agents to modernize workplace environments across the logistics supply chain.
