Closing rates showed narrow movements across Egyptian banks, with the spread between the highest and lowest buying bids for the US dollar not exceeding 4 piasters. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) led the highest bid prices at EGP 51.31, just 1 piaster ahead of Société Arabe Internationale de Banque (saib), which logged EGP 51.30.

Meanwhile, rates converged across several major institutions—including National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Banque Misr, Commercial International Bank (CIB), and Bank of Alexandria—at EGP 51.27 for buying and EGP 51.37 for selling, reflecting marked price stability heading into the weekend.
