The updated system establishes a direct electronic integration between the "Farmer Card" (Kart El-Fellah) platform and agricultural land encroachment databases. This integration enables the immediate automated suspension of fertilizer and supply allocations to land encroachers and violators, ensuring that state subsidies are directed strictly to eligible, verified landholders.
