Nebius Signs $27 Billion AI Cloud Infrastructure Deal with Meta
Nebius, the AI-powered smart cloud company, announced a long-term agreement with Meta to provide AI infrastructure, strengthening the strategic collaboration between the two tech leaders.
Under the five-year deal, Nebius will deliver dedicated computing capacity valued at $12 billion across multiple sites, leveraging one of the first large-scale deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in early 2027.
Meta has also committed to purchasing additional capacity from Nebius totaling $15 billion over the agreement’s term. Part of this capacity will be sold to external customers through Nebius’ smart cloud offerings, bringing the total contract value to $27 billion.
Arkady Volozh, Founder and CEO of Nebius, said: “We are excited to expand our strategic partnership with Meta through long-term capacity contracts, accelerating the growth of our core smart cloud AI business. We will continue to deliver these capabilities efficiently.”
Nebius remains focused on its 2026 roadmap, providing an integrated platform for developers and enterprises to manage AI end-to-end—from data collection and model training to deployment in production environments. The company serves both startups and global enterprises.
