50 Technology Companies to Join ITIDA’s Virtual Employment Fair in Egypt
A Digital Recruitment Platform for Egypt’s Tech Workforce
Egypt’s IT industry is set to gain another recruitment platform as ITIDA prepares to hold its 23rd employment fair online on October 28, with approximately 50 local and international companies expected to participate.
The event is designed to help technology professionals and job seekers find relevant openings while giving employers direct access to qualified Egyptian candidates.
Recruiters and Candidates Meet Online
Unlike traditional career fairs, the event will allow companies and applicants to complete much of the recruitment process digitally.
Candidates can review vacancies, communicate with hiring representatives and potentially take part in interviews without traveling to a physical venue. The program will also feature interactive sessions and workshops.
AI and Cloud Skills Among Key Areas
Technology roles highlighted through the previous edition included software engineering, cloud computing, data analysis, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
These areas reflect the skills increasingly required by companies as digital transformation and AI adoption reshape the technology labor market.
Outsourcing Creates Additional Opportunities
ITIDA is also using the employment fair to support Egypt’s outsourcing industry, with opportunities spanning call centers, multilingual customer service and shared-service operations.
The initiative is intended to strengthen connections between Egyptian talent and both local and international companies operating in technology-related activities.
Online Event Opens Access Across Egypt
Holding the employment fair virtually allows candidates from different governorates to participate without the costs and logistics associated with physical attendance.
Through the online platform, job seekers can learn more about participating employers, available positions and the qualifications required for different roles.
