JTI Egypt has been honored with the Top Employer 2025 award for the twelfth consecutive year, underscoring the company’s unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional work environment and fostering human capital development.

This year, JTI Egypt not only maintained its streak but also achieved first place in Egypt for the fourth time and, for the first time, secured second place across the African continent, highlighting its growing regional influence and leadership in workforce excellence.

Globally, JTI has received the Top Employer certification in over 50 countries, ranking highly in 40 markets. It achieved first place in 14 markets, second place in 5 markets, and third place in 8 markets. Regionally, JTI ranked second in Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, and third in Europe.

The recognition from the Top Employers Institute comes after a rigorous evaluation across six key areas of HR management, including talent strategy, employee environment, HR digitalization, learning and development, as well as diversity, inclusion, and corporate integrity.
