Economic Feasibility Is the True Measure of Success in Modern Projects, Says People & Places CEO

Nabil Ammasha, Co-Founder and CEO of People & Places Developments and a leading figure in Egypt’s real estate sector, said that economic feasibility has become the primary benchmark for success in modern projects.

Ammasha explained that if an investment of, for example, $100 generates returns of $120 through monetization, commercial marketing, or increased engagement, the investment decision becomes straightforward. “When the numbers make sense, execution follows naturally,” he noted.

He emphasized a fundamental shift in the business landscape, arguing that technology should no longer be viewed as a separate component of business, but rather as the business itself in today’s environment.

According to Ammasha, the integration of technology, user experience, and expertise now forms the core of any successful enterprise, stressing that no business today can operate independently of this technological convergence.

He also pointed out that technological processes must be continuous and scalable, allowing investors to avoid restarting software investments from scratch once a project is launched.

On cybersecurity, Ammasha warned that it has become one of the most critical challenges facing organizations, whether financial institutions or cultural entities. A single security breach, he said, can severely damage an institution’s reputation and value.
