PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 officially kicked off under the organization and supervision of the Dubai Land Department (DLD), marking a strategic step that reflects ongoing efforts to implement the UAE leadership’s vision and reinforce Dubai’s position as a global hub for real estate technology.

The event aligns with the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, aiming to accelerate digital transformation across the real estate sector and enhance its long-term competitiveness and sustainability.

The opening of the event was attended by senior government officials, decision-makers, leading developers, investors, and global proptech companies, underscoring DLD’s pivotal role as a regulatory authority driving the development of an integrated real estate ecosystem and strengthening market readiness for future demands.

The first day commenced with an opening keynote by Matthew Maltzoff, CEO of PropTech Connect, who emphasized that the platform brings together leaders, innovators, and investors around a shared vision to advance the built environment through advanced technologies and high-impact partnerships. He encouraged participants to engage actively in discussions and knowledge exchange to transform ideas into practical opportunities that collectively and sustainably advance the world’s largest asset class.
