Byit Raises USD 1.1M to Scale PropTech Across the Gulf

Byit Capital, a rapidly scaling PropTech platform headquartered in the UAE, has secured USD 1.1 million in strategic investment from A15, Beltone Holding, and leading angel investors. The funding marks a key milestone in Byit’s mission to transform, standardize, and scale real estate brokerage operations across the GCC.

Originally launched in Egypt before expanding into the UAE, Byit is now preparing for its next growth phase across Saudi Arabia and additional Gulf markets. The investment from two of the region’s most respected institutional backers reflects strong confidence in Byit’s agent-first brokerage model, which brings transparency, scalability, and operational efficiency to an industry that has traditionally been fragmented and commission-driven.

With over 40,000 freelance brokers using the platform, Byit has rapidly positioned itself as one of the most disruptive players within the regional PropTech space. Byit’s model offers agents up to 90% of developers’ commissions, access to verified developer inventory, a network of more than 450 partners, and over 1,000 mapped projects, creating a streamlined, data-driven alternative to traditional brokerage structures.

The newly secured funding will enable Byit to accelerate its regional expansion roadmap, including scaling its operations in the UAE, fast-tracking market entry into Saudi Arabia, and expanding its developer ecosystem across the Middle East. With strong commercial traction, a clear operational model, and rising institutional confidence, Byit is well positioned to redefine how real estate transactions are sourced, managed, and executed in the region.
