HEN Technologies, a U.S.-based tech firm, has developed smart fire nozzles capable of extinguishing fires up to three times faster than conventional nozzles, while reducing water consumption by approximately two-thirds. The innovation highlights the growing trend of integrating advanced technologies in emergency response and firefighting systems.

The new nozzles employ sophisticated systems to control droplet size and water flow rate, maintaining firefighting efficiency even under strong winds and challenging conditions. This precision minimizes water waste and enhances the effectiveness of rapid response operations.

Additionally, the devices collect real-time data on water pressure, consumption, weather conditions, and geographic location, providing valuable insights for AI-driven fire management solutions. These datasets enable advanced simulations of firefighting scenarios in extreme and complex environments.

Since launching in 2023, HEN Technologies has seen rapid revenue growth, from approximately $200,000 to over $5 million, with projections to reach $20 million in the current year. The company’s products are used by military and governmental agencies, including the U.S. Army and NASA, and are exported to more than 22 countries worldwide.
