January 24, 2026: Aamer Group, through its operational arm Aamer Tourism Development, has officially commenced the handover of 198 luxury residential units in the “Iconic” building at its Porto Minya project. The move underscores the group’s commitment to delivering a fully integrated residential experience and reinforces Porto Minya’s position as the first fully serviced residential community in Upper Egypt along the Nile River.

The announcement was made during an event at the project site in Minya, attended by Ahmed Hisham, CEO of Aamer Tourism Development, project executives, and clients who are unit owners. The handover marks a key milestone in the phased development plan launched in 2024, which included the completion of the Club Apartments, the Nile Corniche Promenade, operation of the sports club, and over 50% of the overall construction.

The “Iconic” building handover reflects the project’s readiness and integration of vital residential, recreational, and service facilities, solidifying Porto Minya as a premium destination that combines luxury living with diverse amenities along the Nile.

Ahmed Hisham commented:
