Cairo, Egypt – [Date] – Jawad Real Estate Development Company has signed an agreement with Etizam Egypt, a leading integrated asset and facilities management company, to operate and manage the Val Plaza project in 6th of October City, ahead of its scheduled launch in the first half of 2026.
Dr. Adel Abdeljawad, Chairman of Jawad Real Estate, stated that the project has been fully completed, including exterior finishing works, and the company is now preparing for operational launch.
