Noventiq, NTI Sign Agreement to Support Job-Ready Digital Youth in Egypt
As part of ongoing efforts to support the Egyptian state’s vision of preparing digitally skilled talent for the labor market, Noventiq, a global provider of IT solutions and digital transformation services, has signed a cooperation agreement with the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) to deliver specialized training programs under the “Digital Egypt Youth – Job-Ready” initiative.
The agreement aims to implement advanced training tracks covering technical training, skills development, and project management, contributing to the development of a new generation of job-ready digital professionals. The initiative is fully funded by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and is delivered across several governorates through Egypt Digital Creativity Centers.
Under the agreement, the training programs are designed to combine both technical and practical components, ensuring that participants acquire the skills most in demand across local and regional labor markets. The programs are tailored to enhance graduates’ employability within the information and communications technology sector and related industries.
According to the agreement, Noventiq will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, professional skills development, and project management training in line with the latest international standards, in collaboration with industry experts and specialists. Meanwhile, NTI will oversee the academic framework and ensure the quality and accreditation of the training content, creating a strong integration between practical expertise and institutional academic standards.
The training tracks cover a wide range of high-demand specializations, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Network Infrastructure and Enablers, Cybersecurity, DevOps Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering, and Electronics and Embedded Systems. These tracks provide trainees with tangible opportunities to acquire advanced, market-relevant skills sought after by leading technology companies and institutions.
The agreement also stipulates that participants who successfully complete the program will receive accredited certificates issued by NTI and co-branded with Noventiq’s logo. These certifications are expected to significantly enhance graduates’ professional credentials and employment prospects.
Commenting on the agreement, Eng. Mohamed Mostafa, Chief Executive Officer of Noventiq, stated that the partnership reflects the company’s strong commitment to supporting the development of Egypt’s digital human capital. He noted that Noventiq places workforce development at the core of its strategic priorities.
“Investing in human capital is the cornerstone of achieving sustainable digital transformation. Through this collaboration with the National Telecommunication Institute, we aim to deliver practical and specialized training programs aligned with real market needs, helping prepare Egyptian youth to compete effectively at both the local and international levels,” Mostafa said.
For his part, Dr. Ahmed Khattab, Director of the National Telecommunication Institute, emphasized that the agreement represents a successful model of collaboration between academic institutions and the private sector in support of the state’s digital empowerment agenda.
“NTI is keen on strengthening partnerships with leading technology companies to provide high-quality training focused on practical application and employability skills. This cooperation with Noventiq comes as part of our continued efforts to support the Digital Egypt Youth initiative and to prepare highly qualified professionals capable of meeting the evolving demands of the labor market,” Khattab said.
He added that the accredited certificates awarded at the end of the programs reflect the quality and institutional credibility of the training, while also supporting graduates in building clear career pathways and improving their employment opportunities.
The signing of the agreement underscores the importance of public-private partnerships in strengthening training ecosystems, building digital capabilities, and advancing national digital development goals. It also contributes to the creation of a new generation of technology professionals equipped to lead the future of digital innovation in Egypt.
It is worth noting that the training program includes intensive hands-on training delivered by specialized experts, in addition to soft skills development, English language training, and business skills enhancement. The program also offers a one-month in-company training opportunity totaling 120 hours per trainee, significantly boosting participants’ readiness for immediate employment and opening doors to promising job opportunities upon program completion.
