The Ministry of Housing announces the allocation of an official channel for the unit dealing, communicating and following up with investors and real estate developers.

In light of the directives of Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, emphasizing the need to enhance direct communication with investors, respond promptly to their demands, and address any obstacles they face, the Ministry of Housing, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, announced the addition of a service for receiving investor complaints and inquiries via WhatsApp. This serves as an official channel for direct communication with the Authority's Investor and Real Estate Developer Affairs Unit, supporting the investment environment and regulating the real estate market.

Following Minister El-Sherbiny's directives to enhance modern communication tools, an official WhatsApp number (01140554000) has been designated for direct communication with the Investor Affairs Unit. This will facilitate the receipt of complaints and inquiries, contributing to faster response times, accurate information dissemination, and enhanced transparency and regulation of the real estate market.

The Ministry affirms that this step underscores the role of the Investor Affairs Unit within the New Urban Communities Authority. Its mission is to provide an effective and direct communication channel for receiving complaints and inquiries, reviewing proposals, and expediting the resolution of investment issues. This will ensure improved service delivery and enhanced institutional performance. The unit is responsible for the swift examination and review of complaints and proposals submitted by investors, streamlining procedures, and explaining the mechanisms for dealing with the New Urban Communities Authority. It also clarifies available investment opportunities and the application process, ensuring continuous follow-up on all matters until their resolution.

Furthermore, the unit coordinates directly with the Authority's various sectors, central departments, and agencies to overcome obstacles. It holds regular meetings with investors and developers, both collectively and individually, to hear their feedback and suggestions, establish clear follow-up mechanisms for agreed-upon actions, and prepare periodic reports detailing the issues raised, the actions taken, and the progress made in finding solutions.

In this context, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny emphasized that the Ministry will not tolerate any attempts to harm the real estate market and is committed to protecting the rights of serious investors and developers. He stressed that activating this official channel reflects the Ministry's commitment to supporting investment, establishing transparency with investors, and creating a safe and organized investment environment.

The Ministry of Housing affirms its continued commitment to developing follow-up and communication mechanisms and providing all forms of support to investors and developers, thereby contributing to the advancement of urban development projects and the achievement of the Egyptian state's objectives.
