Samsung to Launch New Galaxy Watch Ultra in 2026 to Compete with Apple Watch Ultra
Samsung is developing a new generation of premium smartwatches under the name «Galaxy Watch Ultra», marking a strategic move to strengthen its position in the high-end wearable segment and directly compete with the «Apple Watch Ultra».
Internally codenamed «Galaxy Watch 9 Ultra», the highly anticipated device is expected to hit global markets in 2026, potentially alongside the next generation of Samsung’s foldable smartphones.
The upcoming model is considered an evolution of Samsung’s previous Ultra edition, which increases the likelihood that it will be commercially released as the «Galaxy Watch Ultra 2».
